It'll be hard to trump the iPad, but this Mastone Lifespad 3G is going to try to do that - but it'll fail of course. This tablet is said to feature a 1GHz Freescale CPU, 512MB of DDR2 RAM, 3G connectivity, and Android 2.1 with full Flash support. It does have the upper-hand spec-wise, but who knows how well it will work in the real world. Of course, this may never hit the market but it has some potential.
