Apple has finally announced that their international
iPad launch will kick off on May 28th. Pre-orders will begin on May 10th. The iPad will be hitting Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland, and the UK. For those in Austria, Belgium, Hong Kong, Ireland, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, and Singapore you'll have to keep waiting until July. Engadget. The prices in Canada are said to be $549 for the 16GB, $649 for the 32GB, and $749 for the 64GB WiFi-only models. The 3G + WiFi models will be an extra $130, depending on how much storage is inside.
