Cincinnati Bell looks like they have just released the Android-based
Commtiva Blaze for $99.99 on a 2-year contract after a $100 mail-in rebate (
here). If you're interested you can also dish out $299.99 for the handset contract-free, but keep in mind that it's running the old school Android 1.6. However, the handset does feature a 5MP camera, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and Bluetooth / aGPS / WiFi support.
