Philips has just unveiled the Xenium X312 that'll likely get launched in both Asia and Russia. This handset packs a QVGA display, Bluetooth support, an FM radio, a 2MP camera, and a microSD card slot.Unfortunately, this handset likely won't feature 3G connectivity. The whole spec sheet wasn't revealed but it's looking like it won't be a pricey handset.
