HTC could be planning to launch the Touch Pro 3 this Summer - codenamed Tera. Unfortunately, it'll be rocking a smaller display so it's really more of a Touch Pro Mini to be honest. It's supposedly packing a 3-inch WQVGA resistive touchscreen display with a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. This handset won't be running Windows Phone 7 and won't be upgradeable either.
