HTC looks like they've just filed a patent for a smartphone that'll open up similar to the
Nintendo DS. This is actually a lot like the
HTC Omni that we saw a while ago. The smartphone will close with a set of magnets that will have a unique way to open it. You'll have to actually push the top of the device so that the magnets snap off of each other. Anyways, if you're interested the patent is
