We've seen unofficial confirmation of the
HTC Hero headed to Sprint a couple of times (
here and
here), but this is as official as it gets. The last HTC Hero that hit the
FCC had AT&T / Rogers bands, but this one is a CDMA model. This model is perfect for a Sprint hook-up. We've heard rumours of
October 11th, but we don't know how stable that rumour will play out to be.
