It's the news you've all been waiting for. HTC has ditched the ExtUSB jack on the HTC Touch Pro 2. The Telus and possibly Verizon CDMA version of the HTC Touch Pro 2 will have a 3.5mm headphone jack! Take a look at the link below because there's also a video about it.

I'm just dying to get my handset on the Touch Pro2 with the 3.5mm jack. My headphones are going to sound so awesome since I don't have to use an adapter with this new model. Thanks!

I know! Me too! Thankfully, HTC decided to go with a 3.5mm headphone jack with this handset!
ReplyDeletewow HTC good way to win customers.NOT!!!!
ReplyDeleteand what about people that just got an HTC touch pro2 without the headphone jack. what are they supposed to do? just like people talk before they think, companies release products before they think it through.
how about i staple that ugly headphone dongle to HTC engineer's forehead so next time he thinks twice before making a useless thing like that.
Yeah, stuff like that really sucks. Not having a 3.5mm headphone on your phone is just terrible and pointless.
