Using Microsoft Silverlight, you will be able to arrange your Windows Live SkyDrive photos exactly how you went them by using the "Arrange Photos" option. I'm not a SkyDrive user, so I'm guessing that this is a new feature. I don't know why it wasn't a feature before because it sounds like something that should've been implemented already. Maybe that's just me?
