As expected, T-Mobile has released the HTC Sensation and the Samsung Dart today. The Sensation is available for $149.99 on a 2-year contact if you order it online. This smartphone is one of the best so far with a 4.3-inch qHD display, a 1.2GHz dual-core CPU, an 8MP camera, and Android "Gingerbread" with the new Sense UI. Check it out on T-Mobile.

T-Mobile has also released the Samsung Dart which is available right now for free on a 2-year contract. This one's just an entry-level phone which is why it's cheap. Later this month, the carrier also plans to release the Samsung Exhibit 4G and the Gravity Smart. Both of those will be available on June 22nd.

Google Nexus 4G Rumoured Specs Leak; 720p Display, LTE, Ice Cream Sandwich

Labels: , , , , , , ,

BGR has picked up quite an exclusive scoop regarding a future Google flagship device, the Nexus 4G (not pictured above). The name is unconfirmed right now but they're calling it that so we might as well too. The smartphone is said to feature a dual-core 1.2GHz or 1.5GHz CPU (not the Tegra 3), a 720p "monster-sized" display, and no physical buttons. Inside you can expect 4G (LTE) connectivity, a 1MP front-facing camera, an advanced 5MP camera with 1080p HD video recording, and Android 4.0 "Ice Cream Sandwich".

This is all very interesting and there's really no way to confirm the details right now. Apparently, they're targeting this one to launch around Thanksgiving of this year and it could be AT&T's first LTE smartphones. It looks like it'll definitely raise the smartphone bar but I really do hope that they at least put an 8MP camera on it.
