HTC (PG58100) Doubleshot Hits the FCC With T-Mobile 3G Support

I'm sure you've heard about the HTC Doubleshot before and it looks like the handset has just been spotted at the FCC. The handset sports the model number PG58100 and definitely features T-Mobile USA 3G support. Specs weren't leaked in the filing so we'll have to wait for that important information. HP Pavilion dm4x Now On Sale With Core i5 CPU For $729

HP has just released their latest notebook, the Pavilion dm4x, with Intel's "Sandy Bridge" CPUs. This 14-inch notebook features an Intel Core i5-2410M 2.3GHz CPU in the base model. This one starts at $729 and also features AMD Radeon HD 6470M graphics, 6GB of RAM, a 640GB HDD, and a 6-cell battery which is actually pretty good. I doubt that the battery life is any good though. If you're willing to spend more money then there's a Core i7 model waiting for you as well. Check it out on HP.

HTC Bliss Headed To Verizon, Intended For the Females?

Apparently, HTC and Verizon will be launching a new Android phone intended for women this year. Coming from This Is My Next is a rumour that there's a new handset called the HTC Bliss that's headed to the carrier. What you see above is just a mock-up and it looks like a whole lot like the Wildfire S - albeit a bit bigger.

The front-facing camera is unconfirmed right now and the handset is said to be a mix of the Desire S and the Desire Z. There's no slide-out QWERTY keyboard on this handset but it's said to be around 0.54-inches (13.7 cm) thick. HP Veer 4G Hitting AT&T On May 15th For $99

It looks like the rumoured HP Veer 4G will really be hitting AT&T. The handset will be available on May 15th for as little as $99.99 on a 2-year contract. If you need a refresher, the Veer 4G features a 2.6-inch touchscreen display with a 320 x 400 resolution, an 800GHz Qualcomm CPU, a slide-out portrait QWERTY keyboard, a 5MP camera, 8GB of storage, and webOS 2.1. Sadly, the handset only has HSPA connectivity so you won't be getting outrageous speeds.

Samsung Galaxy 551 Hits Bell For $249.95 Contract-Free

We knew it was coming and it's now here. The Samsung Galaxy 551 is now available on Bell in Canada for free on a 3-year contract or for $249.95 contract-free. Nintendo Wii Dropping To $149 On May 15th With Mario Kart Wii, More "Nintendo Selects" Games

We already heard about the upcoming Nintendo Wii price drop and it's now official. Nintendo has officially announced that the Wii will be dropping to $149.99 on May 15th. This $150 bundle will include Mario Kart Wii as well as a Wii Wheel. Furthermore, you'll be able to choose a white or a sexy black model. That day will also bring more "Nintendo Selects" games which will cost you just $19.99 which definitely isn't bad. Of course, you could just wait for the next-generation Wii which will be announced at E3.

Asus Gearing Up Tegra 3 and Intel-Powered Tablets, Launch This Year?

Asus may have a shortage of Eee Pad Transformer tablets but it looks like DigiTimes is reporting that they have another tablet that could be on the way in a few months. Apparently, on pace for this year is a Tegra 3 and even Intel-powered tablets. Guesses right now clock the Intel CPU to be a 1.5GHz Atom Z670 so both tablets will be easily capable of outputting 1080p video. Furthermore, these new CPUs could start popping up in tablets in August of this year which isn't too much waiting. Technology evolves way too fast.

Motorola DROID X2, LG Revolution, HTC Trophy Hitting Verizon May 12th, XPERIA Play On the 26th?

Coming from Droid-Life is a rumour regarding the release dates of a few smartphones headed to Verizon this month. On May 12th, the carrier could release the Motorola DROID X 2, the LG Revolution, and the WP7-powered HTC Trophy. 2 weeks later, on May 26th, the Sony Ericsson XPERIA Play could be available as well so that's just something to keep in mind. May 12th is right after the great news that we'll be hearing at Google I/O so this could be a good or bad thing for the three phones.
