Huawei Set To Debut Entry-Level Android 2.2 Handset In China This August

According to a tipster from Engadget Chinese, Huawei is looking to push out an entry-level Android 2.2 based handset in a couple of weeks. This handset isn't named yet but it's reportedly packing a 2.8-inch QVGA capacitive touchscreen display, a 3.2MP camera with possibly a dual-LED flash, and an HSDPA 3G connectivity. This phone is reportedly headed to China some time in August. Let's see what happens.

Verizon Getting the Samsung Haven Flip Phone On July 29th

Another dumbphone is headed to Verizon is late July and it's what you see above. Named the Samsung Haven, this flip phone packs a 2.2-inch display and no camera. This is intended for businesses and looks like it could have a bit of rugged capabilities. This handset will be hitting the carrier on July 29th.

Envy 14 Hits HP's Website For $1,099 With New Core i3-370M CPU

If you live in the US, then you can now pick up the HP Envy 14 notebook. This notebook, in its base model, packs a recently released Intel Core i3-370M 2.4GHz CPU, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 graphics, 4GB of RAM, a 320GB HDD, a supposed 8-hour battery life, and Windows 7. Check it out on HP here, starting at $1,099.99. Of course, if you want to spend more then you can get a Core i7 CPU, 8GB of RAM, and a 256GB SSD. Sadly, that'll cost you a whopping $2,139.99.

T-Mobile Bound Motorola Charm Leaks, Rocking Android 2.1 With Enhanced MOTOBLUR

This is unconfirmed right now, but it's looking pretty legit. The fat phone you see above is reportedly headed to T-Mobile USA and will be called the Motorola Charm. This smartphone will be running on Android 2.1 along with "enhanced Motoblur." The handset will, of course, have a physical QWERTY keyboard along with social integration. This same Motoblur experience could find its way onto the CLIQ and the CLIQ XT as well, so maybe there's an update coming soon.
