Google's Android 3.0 Is Almost Ready For Tablets, They'll Be At CES 2011

Coming from DigiTimes, is word of Google notifying their "partners" that Android 3.0 is just about finished and they're going to be testing it out on tablets. Companies involved in the mix is Acer, Asus, HTC, Motorola, and Samsung (with a new Galaxy Tab) who should all be testing their tablets before the end of the year. DigiTimes actually says that they'll be officially unveiling these tablets in January 2010 at CES, but they do mean CES 2011.

They're also quick to point out that Android 4.0 (possibly codenamed Ice Cream) should also be available in H2 2011 so that's also something to look forward to as Google tries to inch closer and closer to Apple's iOS.
