Motorola DROID X Teaser Video Hits YouTube, Confirms Some Specs and a Twitter Page

Labels: , , , , , , ,

Apparently, the specs for the Motorola DROID X have just leaked out but we should already know them by now. The DROID X is said to feature an 8MP camera with 720p HD video recording, an HDMI output, a 1GHz ARM CPU, 8GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, and Android 2.1 with an alteration of MOTOBLUR (possible called Ninjablur). The website also mentions that the huge smartphone sports a 4.4-inch display but it's actually 4.3-inches (WVGA resolution).

Update: According to Engadget Mobile, there's actually a brief 16-second commercial (below) that hit YouTube yesterday. If you look closely in the eye, it actually reveals a bunch of the aforementioned specs. If you're really interested, there's a Twitter page (here). Oh yes, don't forget that taking a good hard look at the eye hints and confirms some of the specs.

Update: According to Boy Genius, the DROID X could be available on July 2nd. Apparently, the 07.2010 that is clear at the end of clip below turns into 07.2.2010 possibly hinting at a July 2nd release date. There's a picture below the video if you want to check it out.
