Labels: , , , , , , ,

AT&T has just announced four upcoming phones as well as a couple of new services. First up is the AT&T  Mobile Share which will give you accessed to online storage called AT&T Locker. You'll be able to store and transfer your photos and videos but it'll cost you $10 monthly for 250MB. You can add 10GB more storage if you pay $5 more monthly. They have also introduced the AT&T Address Book which "automatically syncs your contacts to an online address book that's accessible from both your phone and your PC." The last one is the Next Generation Messaging. This will include things like a "consolidated inbox", group messaging, threaded conversation format, and a reply all feature.

Here's the somewhat interesting part, the four phones they have just announced. The first one up is the Samsung Strive (above) which packs a 2MP camera, social integration, and a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. This handset will be available starting on March 21st for $19.99 on a 2-year contract.

The Samsung Sunburst was just introduced by AT&T and a it's touchscreen handset. It's sporting an unusual design and it'll be available for $39.99 when it launches. The way they're describing the handset, it looks like it'll be running the Touchwiz UI.

AT&T also mentioned two Pantech handsets, the Pursuit and the Link. The Pursuit will be packing a touchscreen display along with a QWERTY keyboard. The Link is said to be a candybar handset with a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. The prices for either of these phones weren't announced, so we'll have to wait around for that.
