Labels: , , , , , , , ,

Coming from HTC Inside is what you see above. That's coming from Vodafone Germany's inventory system and it clearly shows the HTC Desire 2. Now we don't know what smartphone it will be but it'll likely get announced at MWC. What is very well could be is what we've heard up to this point as the HTC "Saga". That's the phone you see below which looks like a black Nexus One without a trackball and a front-facing camera. Look out for the announcement soon!

Internal Screenshot Could Be Pointing Towards a Feb. 17th Verizon Launch Date For the Palm Pre 2

Labels: , , , ,

Thanks to an anonymous tipster from Engadget we have the internal picture you see above. If you take a look at the photo it says that the Palm Pre 2 will be available on all channels starting on February 17th, 2011. That's enough for them to say that it could actually be the launch date for the Pre 2 on Verizon. Of course, there's no confirming this right now but Verizon did run out of webOS phones last week so we should see another model hit the carrier soon. This would be a good warm up to whatever they're going to be unveiling at their next two events.

Samsung (S3850) Corby II Leaks, Could Be Announced Shortly

Labels: ,

It looks like Samsung is almost ready to reveal their Corby successor, dubbed the Samsung (S3850) Corby II. This will be another budget-friendly handset from Samsung and specs are still unknown right now. This handset should be just another dumbphone so expect Samsung's own UI on this one - no Android. Maybe the handset will be announced soon - possibly MWC.
