Samsung Galaxy S II and Tab II To Be At MWC; Also Working On 4-Inch 3D Display and Cloud-Based Gaming Over LTE

Engadget has just picked up some big information regarding the future of Samsung. Of course, at MWC, they've confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy S II and the Galaxy Tab II will be at their event. First up is the photo of the Galaxy S II (above), which looks a whole lot like the Infuse 4G smartphone that they announced at CES. This one will feature a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED+ WVGA display, a dual-core 1GHz Exynos CPU, NFC / WiFi a/b/g/n / Bluetooth 3.0 support, HSPA+ connectivity, and Android 2.3 with the Touchwiz UI. The thickness for this device is said to be just 8.49mm but at the fattest part it'll be 9.9mm and that'll probably be because the camera will stick out. Click on through for more information!

The website has also mentioned that the Galaxy Tab II will make an appearance. Specs for this one are said to be a 10.1-inch display with a 1,280 x 800 resolution, a 1GHz CPU (probably the Exynos / Tegra 2), an 8MP camera with 1080p HD video recording, possibly 16GB / 32GB / 64GB internal storage, and Android "Honeycomb". Thankfully, this tablet will be a Google Experience Device and that means it'll actually be running the stock Android 3.0 UI which is amazing.

Fast forwarding to the future, Samsung is currently working on a 4-inch WVGA 3D display which could be to battle the LG Optimus 3D. Apparently though, Samsung is also working on using your phone as an Internet TV receiver and even a cloud-based gaming device over a 4G (LTE) connection. Sounds pretty sweet; I wonder if they'll tease it at their MWC event.

Update: PocketNow has just scooped up a photo (below) of what they believe to be the Samsung Galaxy Tab II. The only way we can confirm this is to wait until Samsung announced the product very, very soon.

Update: Samsung Hub just got the image below which shows the Galaxy S II and the Galaxy Tab II. These are official photos of girls holding them! Yes, girls. How awesome.
