Mobilicity Bringing the Sidekick LX To Canada As the MobiFlip 3G

Labels: , ,

It looks like Mobilicity in Canada is actually planning to release the now-extinct-in-the-US Sidekick LX. This will be hitting the carrier as the MobiFlip 3G. It looks like the company actually had more of these and instead of throwing them in the garbage they decided to send them up North of the border. In case you're interested, this handset features a 3.2-inch display, a full QWERTY keyboard, a trackball for navigation, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a 3.2MP camera. This handset will be available with a cheap $49.99 contract-free price tag which might actually be worth it.
