Apple Orders 3.2MP and 5MP Camera Sensors For Future iPhone?

Labels: , ,

That's what Digitimes is reporting. It's no surprise that Apple will boost the pathetic 2MP camera of their iPhone. Apparently, Apple has already ordered 3.2MP and 5MP CMOS camera sensors from OmniVision Technologies for their future iPhones. Their next-gen iPhones are really shaping up to be an incredible device, even more than the iPhone 3G. Obviously, the 3.2MP camera will be on the next iPhone that comes out and the 5MP camera will be on the iPhone after that. I think I'll just wait until the iPhone 4G since 4G technology is around the corner.
